Consent Requirements
- We do not post identifiable images of children without explicit parent or guardian permission
- Written consent is strongly preferred (email, message, or form)
- Without consent, we avoid faces and identifying details
Partner-Provided Content
If a partner provides content:
- They must confirm they have obtained proper consent
- Responsibility for consent lies with the content provider
Event Photography
At events, we will:
- Display clear signage that photos may be taken
- Respect any requests not to be included
Protecting Privacy
We take steps to protect children’s privacy by:
- Avoiding sensitive locations (e.g. schools, home addresses)
- Using blurring, cropping, or stickers where needed
