Join us in partnership with Epping Forest Heritage Trust for a guided walk through one of Londons oldest wild places.
Epping Forest has been shaped by centuries of hands: the people who lopped its trees, the communities who fought for its survival, and the ecosystems that quietly persisted through it all. We’ll trace that story together, learning about traditional lopping practices, native tree species, the Epping Forest Act, and the everyday people whose action saved this forest for good.
Then we slow right down. In a quiet corner of the Forest, we’ll pause for a mindful, sensory moment, connecting with the trees as they are right now, and with the legacies we all carry with us.
We’ll close together, reflecting on what it means to belong to a place, and to protect it.
Spaces are limited; this is an intimate, slow-paced experience, not a rushed tour. Grab your ticket now to secure your spot.
